If you have purchased a license for your copies of the software you may not distribute, copy, or share or resell the software in any way without the express written permission of New Century Technology, registered in Oregon, USA.  

Each purchased license is good for one (1) computer and one (1) user. Registered DMC copies may not be distributed or copied for distribution. Any act of software piracy will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable law.

You may distribute the software in its demonstration mode providing that it is distributed with all documentation and files. You may not alter the documentation, software, recompile or re-engineer the software in any way, under any circumstances.

Any dispute or legal action will be adjudicated in the State of Oregon, in the county of Multnomah, USA.
